Serenity review - SPOILER ALERT

I mean, I was on the edge of my seat during ROTK, but really, I knew how that turned out. This...this was Joss. I had no clue. Gah! Did he have to get everyone shot? My heart nearly couldn't take it!

-Simon+Kaylee!!!! FINALLY
-Mal+Inara....wait...what MalA+Inara? Was there M/I in this movie?
-character death...hey, if you gotta go...what a way to go. Nothing like dying in the middle of your tag line.
-Simon+Kaylee
-want Inara's dresses...except the last one, which Kate believes is actually Kaylee's
-can so hold out hope for a non-existant sequal
-Simon+Kaylee
-naked Simon...well, mostly naked anyways. I'll take what I can get. Also, if he's naked, he's not wearing that god aweful shirt.
-RIVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-fight sequences on platforms overlooking long dramatic falls to the death
-Jayne getting, uh, flatened by River
-Zoe's funeral dress
-how many times to someone nearly or completely lay Simon up? Not enough I'll warrent.
-knowing River was going to walk out of there alive...she was the only one I was certain of.

-Mal not sticking that gorem sword into the assassin
-M/I...see above
-the heart-stopping final battle sequence
-not knowing who was going to die...or not die, in this case
Amy, who was a geeky fan and dressed up as Inara. The upshot...she wore the same earings in the movie that I had on.
ADDED 01-10-05: Just as good the second time around. Maybe better, because I wasn't having a heart attack.
