Yes, I'm using this journal to bemoan my fate again, but in this instance I have every right.

I'm already heart-broken that I'm not attending RingCon this year (but Billy Boyd is)...but now...the news, direct from Christine herself. Mark has agreed to a private party with his princesses. I am a princess. AND I'M NOT GOING TO THE CONVENTION.

Kate, we are going next year. Do you hear me? We're going to RingCon.

Um, yeah, bout RingCon. See, the problem with that is that it's in GERMANY in the MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER, and I really don't think I'll a) be able to eat and have a roof if I go or b) explain it to my parents.

On the bright side, it looks like we're still a go for OSU, and RDA was on the guestlist last year, so I know they get big names.

That book list was a killer, wasn't it.
