I am watching episode one of JJ Abrams new show Alcatraz and OMG THE GUEST STARS. Rather unfortunately, Robert Lawrenson died in about 20 seconds, and I think Paul McGillion is about to go the same way.

And Hurley! (Jorge Garcia) is back on TV! He was about the only character in Lost I really liked. And Sam Neill, doing something that is not Merlin/legends/dinosaur related!

I may love this show, only 20 minutes in. Surprise, surprise. It will, of course, go sour very quickly because it's JJ Abrams and it already smack of a massive world changing planned conspiracy. But as long as there's no ARs involved, I may be okay with the face that the time travel shenanigans stared five minutes in.

It's not great, but it's better than Lost and less gory than Fringe (which is good when try to eat meals).

Also, last night, one of the trailers on the front of THG (we didn't get Abraham Lincoln one, btw, we got Avengers instead) was for Joss Whedon's new...um...horror? I think it's horror/suspence/weird movie, Cabin in the Woods. I won't be seeing that one.

Oh, yeah. I saw that one too. I was all "By what gods of casting do we get Fran Kratz and Chris Hemsworth in the same...oh."

Oh, Chris Hemsworth. You are pretty. But you aren't that pretty!
