Found the perfect house...20 minute walk in freezing cold. Will keep looking for something closer (and cheaper for Lindsay). Am I the only uni student who has money to spend? Don't answer that. And no, I really don't, but I will pay for a nice place.
It is -12 outside, without the windchill factor, and I have to walk down to Linday's again. Will probably get frostbite doing so. She will definitely be driving me back tonight after we see the house. Maybe two, must call the other woman back soon and see if the house across the street from here has been taken. Hope not, as it's closer to my classes than I am right now (and Conrad is the closest rez to my classes). Very much want to live there. Will see.
Am very frustrated that none of my fanfic stories have been updated. I have nothing to read. I am bored. This is dangerous. ::trundles off to re-read Journey for activity ideas:: What's Tadan up to today...she has great ways to piss Ada off. And nothing pleases me more than to see Ada go all red in anger....especially when it's directed at someone else.
Plot bunnies:
1) 2 years old: discovering Ada's priceless book collection.
2) 6 years old: learning to ride a pony....trying to ride Glor's warhorse. (wanna break something else Dune?)
3) 15: going with Arwen when she returns to Lorien to see daernaneth and daeradar for the first time.
4) 100: coming of age feast...Ada invites all eligable bachlors...Dune falls in love with Prince Legolas at first sight...he doesn't. I decide on Haldir...Ada says no. (He'll end up dead in a few millennia anyways...) Wonder if Leggy has any brothers....?
5) 85 years before War: Estel arrives on Ada's doorstep. Dune and I take instant liking of him and take over his raising. (Warning: danger ahead)
6) 60 years before War: Leave for Lorien with Arwen.....you know the rest....reaction to Arwen's betrothal on Cerin Amroth.
7) 3018TA: Council of Elrond...evesdropping...
That's enough for now. Anyone else, ideas? I can always use more....
