Doctor Who "Forest of the Dead"

I miss the whole thing that the books were the forest though, despite the title of the episode. Oh well.
Well, Steven wrapped that all up in a nice neat box, while still telling the future. I look forward to watching them try to figure themselves out of that hole. It's like SGA all over again!
River grew on me. Mostly that is probably because I love Alex Kingston. Still, I associate 'River' with Firefly.
He is pretty good. I mean really, that was kinda genius.
One question, what was up with Doctor Moon? I mean, was he created to be her protector the way the Moon protected the data core? His character within the virtual reality was just a bit...weird.
Couple of things:
A) When River tells him his name she ensures that he will, at some point in the future, tell her his name so that she knows it in order to tell it to him in the Library. It's like Jenny all over again. I hate paradoxes.
B) How did River's...mind, get transferred to the Sonic Screwdriver because she didn't have it on her when she died?
C)Back with Rose everyone went out of there way to point out that the Doctor doesn't have those kinds of relationships with his companions. Not ever Sarah Jane. And yet, watching Confidential this week, everyone went out of their way to use the word 'wife' in regards to River. My question is, that considering how many people he's lost, why would he subject himself to that knowing he was going to lose her? Also, River does say that he just drops in from time to time and they go off for a bit. That's not really a husband/wife relationship, is it? If you take out the name thing (and notice he doesn't get to finish that sentence before she dies...fancy that) then pretty much all of it can be from River's point of view. Which doesn't make her a whole lot different from Rose or Martha, or maybe somewhere in between. And no, this is not me justifying it, because a)I'm thrilled at the prospect that Alex Kingston might come back, and b)I'm thrilled at the prospect Ten might be around for awhile (see last week's episode post), and c)Since Rose isn't going to last past episode 13 (however it happens), it's nice to know they'll be someone there...eventually. Look out for those two planets she mentions...
In regards to next week...what? I'm sure it'll make perfect sense when I see the episode, but right now it seems very random within the season. Although, Ten stuck on a 'truck' with a bunch of stupid apes? Good for a laugh, at least.
