Not only did I make it downtown and back without getting rained on (remarkable, considering the sky is pitch black and it is now pouring), but on the way there I passed two police officers happily strolling along down the sidewalk talking about Doctor Who, and on the way back, passing the main roundabout, a wheel just flew off the car driving passed. I have seen quite a number of car accidents but I have never seen a wheel just drop off out of the blue (though I know it happens). The driver was laughing it off, but I'm sure it probably wasn't as funny 5 minutes later.
I now have website reviews to do, as they are due tomorrow. I just suck at reviewing things. It requires me to give my opinion on something that I am being marked on. I do not like my final grade to be dependent on my opinion on something.
But, apparently, though I'm not sure how much I trust Daniel's memory, I earned a 'merit' on my Hellenistic essay. As long as the AHAA one is somewhere close, I shall be happy. Like I was ever going to get distinction. They both sucked.
I am still bloody tired. No more time-zone crossing for awhile.
