Well everyone else is doing it.
May. 19th, 2004 05:49 pm1. Take five books off your bookshelf.
2. Book #1 -- first sentence
3. Book #2 -- last sentence on page fifty
4. Book #3 -- second sentence on page one hundred
5. Book #4 -- next to the last sentence on page one hundred fifty
6. Book #5 -- final sentence of the book
7. Make the five sentences into a paragraph:
When I was small, I never wanted to step in puddles. He could move them both together, though the bonds were cruelly tight. Still, it seemed a thing to be looked into, and I had turned Feldore's head off the highroad with vague hopes stirring. "ron!" said Hermione reproachfully, and she pulled out her wand, muttered 'Reparo!', and the glass shards flew back into a single pane, and back into the door. Merry meet and merry part and merry meet again.
Book#1 - Voyager, Diana Gabaldon
Book#2 - Two Towers, Tolkien
Book#3 - The Hedge of Mist, Patricia Kennealy-Morrison
Book#4 - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Rowling
Book#5 - Witch Crafting, Phyllis Curott
Well, that was...interesting.
