windemereI'm not sure my heart can TAKE THESE SORTS OF EPISODES! There were far too many close calls in that 45 minutes. Seriously. I couldn't figure out who was the goner and then OMG I DID NOT SEE IT COMING. I'm totally in love with this show. It's the only one I've watched this season that I cannot predict.
I need to go breathe into a paper bag for a while and hope October comes REALLY SOON. Because AMY ACKER. IT'S LIKE DOLLHOUSE ALL OVER AGAIN. The best part of that episode was entirely the fact that John has figured out the Machine. I was hoping he would this season. And then he did! And together they will save Harold. And it will be AWESOME! Man and machine, working together.
The second best part was totally Carter and Fusco meeting in the men's room and their looks when Carter answers the phone call from Finch. Priceless! Followed closely by John's 'We should go out for a drink sometime. My treat.' Jim Caviezel has delivery down pat. No one else can dead pan quite as well as he does. It's like an art form.
And fourth runner up, though it should not only be first but in a catagory of its own, is the fact that Finch hacked the ENTIRE CELL NETWORK in southern Manhattan with a special number. John's right; that's a serious hat trick.
And the therapy session. And the meeting on the street! And then honeymoon suite! And the black credit card! And all of Carter's text messages! And the chocolate! OMG THE CHOCOLATE LINE WAS BRILLIANT! 'Will it help?' 'No, but it tastes good.'
I...need to go watch it again. Excuse me.
ETA: I forgot about ZOE! Zoe being awesome! 'I don't think there's a woman in the world who can figure you out, John.'
