I have just written the most depressing original story EVER. The first part of which has been sitting on my hard drive for a year. I just made it much, much worse.

I must get over this jet lag. It's killing me!

It's very strange, but to this point, I've never had jet lag.

Lucky you. I used to brag when I was younger than it never bothered me. Apparently I'm not young anymore. September has been horrid for jet lag!

I think the reason I don't get it has nothing to do with my age. (I am very much not at all young anymore.) I think it has to do with the fact that I'm a night person and so a lot of the time when I change time-zones, it's really closer to my own personal sleep pattern. My internal clock is all wrong.
