I just want to wish everyone a very Happy Yule and holiday season.

And to tell you that I got up at 2:30 this morning to see the eclipse, because was I really going to miss out on a once-in-a-lifetime thing? Not a chance. The sky clear off and the stars were all out and in the top corner of Orion was the red moon with the eclipse just reaching its height. I went out in my PJs, people, in -8* to watch it! That's dedication. But it was so beautiful and quiet and perfect! Well worth the lack of sleep.

We'll see whether I still say that at 10pm tonight when I'm still at work.

Also, can you think of a clever way to give an iTunes gift card? Rather than "here's a card", I mean?

I should add...it's for a specific CD on iTunes. Should I just print off the CD cover and put it in an old CD case?
