I walked by a flower shop today that is licensed to sell champagne.

Does anyone else think that's weird?

It is weird but it would be handy. They kind of go together so you'd only have the one stop.

Me either. I guess someone got busy and came up with the idea. It will be interesting to see if it becomes common place now.
