Well, since the Stratford's Hamlet this fall is sold out (gee, I wonder why ::cough:: David Tennant ::cough::), Abby told me that Jude Law is doing it in the West End next summer. And I thought, hey, Jude Law, I'm there.
I managed to get the last ticket. So Abby and I are going to London in June 2009 to do the theatre thing. Which will be fun. And now I can put it out of my mind for a good 13 months at least.
I did, however, get tickets to Stratford's Love's Labours Lost, which is amazingly not sold out (apparently most people have either not heard or have forgotten that David's also in it). So I get to do the Stratford geek thing in October. Shakespeare's birthplace here I come! I am still disappointed I miss out on seeing Patrick Stewart. But one can't have everything.
