I'm looking up hotel prices for RingCon. Someone talk some sense into me? It's stupidly cheap at only 90 Euro pp a night for a downtown hotel. And the con ticket is only 99 E. And the meals are only 65 E for the weekend. And the flights to Bonn are CHEAP.

I have 5 weeks in Spain to plan. I should not be thinking about October.

Why, oh why, does reading Thorin/Bilbo fic suddenly seem like a good idea? It was a horrid one five days ago. Am I that bored? I'll regret it. I know I will. Also, I am only slightly put out that most of the new LOTR fic on AO3 is Elrond/Lindir. Ever so slightly.  There is something wrong with me.

I'll have you know, I'm not reading it.

But the Thorin/Bilbo? I might have to cave. It beats the Fili/Kili fic hands down, which I will not touch with a ten-foot axe.
