Material Possession FTW

I's went shopping yesterday and I's found awesome things!

Now there is this awesome poster on my wall:


And these awesome things on my feet!:


And now I's happy. Retail therapy does actually work. Also, the poster was £6 and the boots were £18 (and I got knee highs to go with them for £2!) so I won on the money front too.

Grocery adventures

This will bore you, but it's so cool that I have to share! Because I remember groceries being much more expensive in this country than they seem to be. And also, my mother and I compared notes on shopping lasts week and (she is shopping for 2, but still) she pays about 40% more than I am. God bless Canada. You'd think we didn't have a breadbasket in our backyard.

I have nothing to do tomorrow. This seems a tragedy of epic proportions. I may have to go in search of Hallowe'en candy, watch a few movies and pretend it's not Monday. Yeah, that sounds like a plan.
