I actually know who he is! And my, does he seem to follow Billie around...Also, he f-ing hot in a suit (almost as good as Ianto), and pretty damn sexy in a white collared shirt. Both can be see in Episode 1.6 of Secret Diaries of a Call Girl, in which he sleeps with Belle. Which can (hopefully) be found here.
