To Follow in the Footsteps of the Great and Good...well, the great, anyways

So, on Thursday I trekked off to Leicester to attend the university's open house for the MA in Museum Studies. I was suitably blown away. Now I dearly hope that acceptance letter comes in the mail. At least I know they got my application. Needless to say, going to school there would be awesome.

And then I caught 3 trains in 2 hours to Oxford.

Yeah, like you don't already know all this...Torchwood 2x6 spoilers

Something just occured to me, and please don't take this as rationalization, because I don't feel I need to. But it popped into my head nonetheless.

If he's really dead, why bother subjecting all of us to the an autopsy next week since he obviously died by being shot in the chest? I wonder at how smart the writers were to spend that much time making it look tragically good only to be screwed by the need for previews.

And a trailing thought: no way do they hate Tosh that much.
