A funny thing happened on the way to the Forum Part 2

A bit more relevant today, but it was the grocery store.

Not only did I make it downtown and back without getting rained on (remarkable, considering the sky is pitch black and it is now pouring), but on the way there I passed two police officers happily strolling along down the sidewalk talking about Doctor Who, and on the way back, passing the main roundabout, a wheel just flew off the car driving passed. I have seen quite a number of car accidents but I have never seen a wheel just drop off out of the blue (though I know it happens). The driver was laughing it off, but I'm sure it probably wasn't as funny 5 minutes later.

I now have website reviews to do, as they are due tomorrow. I just suck at reviewing things. It requires me to give my opinion on something that I am being marked on. I do not like my final grade to be dependent on my opinion on something.

But, apparently, though I'm not sure how much I trust Daniel's memory, I earned a 'merit' on my Hellenistic essay. As long as the AHAA one is somewhere close, I shall be happy. Like I was ever going to get distinction. They both sucked.

I am still bloody tired. No more time-zone crossing for awhile.

So, Torchwood Season 1 comes out on the 22nd, and it is currently down to $56 for pre-order. Since it's original price is $80, should I buy it? I'd have to ship it to Burlington, because I'm not paying the overseas cost for a package. But parents could ship the actual disks to me in an envelope.

Judging my the new clip from episode one of the new season of Torchwood, Owen is never going to be allowed to drive the car ever again. Still, awesomeness.

And KISSING! Lots and lots of hot kissing. Of course, potentially, John Barrowman kissing anything would look good.
