Well, it is a dull and rainy afternoon in Exeter but I am FINALLY back home. Probably after the worst trip of my life, as going anywhere with a pounding headache is incredibly not fun, as is lugging 25kg of luggage behind you and waltzing around in high heels because they wouldn't fit in the bag. At least my new pants were comfy. I have managed to shake the headache but have decided to put off shopping until tomorrow and starve today instead. I ain't going out my door for anything. Maybe not even the fire alarm.

My room is also freezing but the nice heater is trying it's best to cope and will probably be up to temp by bed time.

I have, at present count, 23 things to do this month. And am ignoring February and March for the purposes of staying sane.

Also, Happy Belated Birthday Professor, as I rather had other things on my mind yesterday. My wonderful present to you is the fact that last year was the first year I did not read LOTR cover to cover. I'll do better this year. Or maybe not, as my books are all in Canada.

I have now been up for approximately 28 hours. The term walking zombie comes to mind. But now that the headache is gone I feel slightly more human and will keep myself awake with DVDs and fanfic until a proper bed-time hour.

The weirdos on board planes are getting weirder. I suppose this is a testamount to the world at large.

Cheers everyone.
