Finally, a review

*Warning, major spoilers ahead*
1)I'm starting off with the only obvious bad part, so we can get that out of the way. What the hell was with the ending? Hagrid is not the hero, nor will he ever be. He did not save Ginny and kill the basilisk. He got sent to Azkaban for most of the damn movie. The Slytherins would not cheer upon his return, and although it was amusing to see Draco pulling Crabbe(?) back down when he stands to clap, the ENTIRE SCENE WAS POINTLESS. There, that's that out of the way.
2)Is it just me, or are Harry's clothes suddenly fitting him better? Considering he's still supposed to be wearing Dudley's hand-me-downs I find this strange.
3)The cake scene was priceless. The looks on everyone's faces, especially Harry's was great....::grins::
4)Vernon's facial expression while he is screwing bars onto Harry's window, and when he tries to stop him from getting away in the car are exactly how I pictured them. Wonderful acting that.
5)I absolutely loved the Burrow. Especially the clock and Mrs. Weasley who put on a stunning performance. Mr. Weasley was also exactly how I imagined Arthur. Love the rubber duck comment.
6)Ginny, my, my Ginny. Her face upon seeing Harry was so cute. ::squeels::
7)Knockturn Alley was perhaps a little smaller than I imagined, and how "Knockturn" sounds like what Harry said, I don't know....
8)What is with Hermione doing magic in the middle of Diagon Alley? Not that it wasn't cute, especially Dan's face....all dirty....
9)Draco...hehehe....
10)Lucius was priceless. I cannot emphasize this more. Absolutely perfect.
11)Kenneth Branagh.....there isn't anything more to say.
12)Draco's "See you at school, Potter" and whatever that look was he gave Ron, was just so Draco. And where is Chris going with the whole Hermione thing? Why does Draco talk about her? H/D shippers unite!
13)The Whomping Willow. Need I say more?
14)An interesting look at Snape's office and workroom. I have only one question? Is he still lame from the Fluffy incident, or is he just having trouble keeping himself upright? The looks he gives Dumbledore hint at a relationship between the two men....going back to Snape becoming a spy? I have yet to figure out Chris' little inputs of looks from characters, as if hinting at something that hasn't been talked about yet. But how the hell would he know?
15)Quidditch........................::looks blank as if she's remembering:: Savour this moment.
16)Draco falling on his ass, not once, but TWICE in the movie.
17)The dueling scene. Lockhart and Snape are perfect. Snape's jerking arm movement at Draco is just downright weird, and hauling him to his feet after Harry knocks him flat is just something I can't see Snape doing to his favourite student. But maybe that's just me.
18)The touching scene in Hagrid's hut, when Ron is burping slugs...
19)Moaning Myrtle annoys me for some reason.
20)The Crabbe and Goyle scenes (a.k.a. Harry and Ron). "I didn't know you could read." I don't need to say more. Perhaps the best line in the entire movie, and uttered by dear Draco.
21)Any of Lockhart's scenes.
22)Wow, Ginny has a violent streak in her. Did you see Harry's room after she totaled it? This girl needs anger management lessons.
23)Fawkes.
24)Any time Harry or Tom speaks parseltongue. Cassie's right, it is the sexiest thing I have ever heard.
25)The basalisk was a bit much, but then, it was supposed to be. Actually had me on the edge of my seat at one point. Not bad.
26)Question: If Harry's dying from poison, and can't use one arm, how did he get down from the top of the statue with sword in hand? Maybe I missed a hidden staircase or something...
27)Cute moments between Harry and Ginny when he keeps touching her hand. These two will not get together...I just know it...
28)Dan should get into Shakespeare...he does dying really dramatically...
29)Lucius' abuse of Dobby was good. He comes across as even meaner than he is in the books.
30)Why did they change Dumbledore's "It is our choices..." line? It accomplished nothing except to piss me off.
31)Even Lucius is not stupid enough to say Avada Kadavra outside Dumbledore's office, inside Hogwarts...This was over done. Although seeing him land on his ass was not.
32)The hug scene. This only works if Ron and Hermione end up together. If they do not, this scene ends up being just weird.
33)I'm done. Aren't you glad?
