windemere | Things I did on my vacation:

Well, firstly I am happy to say that my memory is not nearly as shot as I thought it was.

Sat: Suntanned; walked aroun St. John's Pass Villiage.

Sun: Had best dinner EVER...well, maybe second best ever. Escargot with enough garlic to kill an entire coven of vampires, and Dover sole that melted in my mouth. It was worth the pricetag.

Mon: went down the beach to Fort De Soto. The BEST beach in North America (by official rating). The sand there is like walking through flour!

Tues: Bush Gardens. For various reasons, this was boring. Specifically my father staring at the chimps for 15 minutes. But we watched a Riverdance spin off, and had lunch at the same place we did 13 years ago, and it was just as fantastic a lunch as I remember (corn beef on rye-yum!)

Wed: Mini-put. 18 hole. muli-level. It was proved I should take up golf and my father should not.

Thurs: Friends from...New Jersey, I think, came to visit while on their vacation in Tampa, so we had lunch and talked. That was interesting.

Fri: Had best waffles ever for breakfast. Came back to Canada.

That was pretty much it.
