windemereYesterday was Valentine's day. The day for love, for boyfriends, husbands, romantic evenings. I spent the entire day at family parties with people 30 years older than me, who are all married. Needless to say, that might be my worst Valentine's Day yet.
Wow, that was short. I kinda lost interest.
Dragged parents to see ROTK today. I think Dad feel asleep. ::bangs head into wall:: I tried. I tried.
Then came the questions. My favourite was: What was the suprise ending everyone was talking about? From my mother. There is no such thing as surpises in LOTR. Except for people who haven't read the books. Which is not my fault. And then: Who was the important person who died that everyone was going on about? Um...well, mom, did you miss the whole Pelennor scene? Notice any king lying broken upon the grass? Someone maybe, named Theoden?
