I feel the same way. I live 15 minutes from the Convention Center and have to watch it on the news. *sigh*

I had promised myself I would go in 2015...and then I realised that I have to be in England that weekend...graduating. So, now it's 2016. I'll get there before I'm 35 it if kills me!

I had a proticket (and even a guess pass to give someone in exchange!) but no hotel since I wasn't sure if I'd be able to take time off. so now that I know I could go at least for sat/sun, I have no place to stay x_x so I figure at this point it's a no go. Thought maaaaybe a coworker's sister might give me couch space in exchange for the guest pass but she hasn't replied to him, so oh well.

I would love to be there but maybe next year? Oh, that is lame, isn't it? Oh, well. Maybe there will be videos on YouTube and TheOneRing.net. That will be something at least.
