My parents have these friends, Peter and Mary. When they lived in Australia years ago, they became quite good friends with a man that made a lot of money in tech stocks in the 90s. Last week, Peter and Mary were told to show up to the airport in New York to begin a 6 week trip with half a dozen other couples to celebrate this millionaire and his wife's 40th anniversary.
Today we got an email from Peter. They spent 6 days in New York staying at private suites in the Trump Tower. Now they're in the middle of the Atlantic on the Queen Mary headed to Southampton. They know they're staying a few days in London but have no idea what the rest of the trip will be!
Wow, friends in high places! I can't wait for the next update from the 'Mystery Trip'.
