I am apparently suffering from too much thinking time, because in the last five days I have worked myself up into such a state that I keep changing my mind about every five minutes on whether I am looking forward to SGA4, or whether I would rather kill myself than watch it.

I should stop reading spoilers. I really, really should. But I think it's too late, now.

I am, however, certain that the addition of Sam may destroy my love of Stargate entirely. And that I have a new found love of Keller (I blame rewatchings of Firefly). And that I want Teyla...elsewhere. I am not particular as to where...just...not in Atlantis. I am not certain specifically as to why. It may just be paranoia.

Also, I wish they would stop promoting Sam. It's...annoying.

So, if the season starts Sept. 28th, then how many months will it be before we get Episodes 14/15? Yeah, there's a pretty obvious reason for asking.

I am, however, quite certain that Miller's Crossing may be my favourite episode ever.

It is raining for the first time in three weeks. I have no complaints whatsoever on the matter. Watering the gardens daily is not my favourite thing to do.

I have never been a camper. I don't even pretend to enjoy camping. I am not a 'live outdoors' type of person. I am also very attatched to my electricity. Running water I can live without. Lights are a must.

Tomorrow, at 8:30am, we are leaving for the French River. It is a three hour drive north of MUSKOKA, the last half hour of which is a dirt road. Following this we are catching a half hour boat ride DOWN THE RIVER to our friends CABIN.

It is a one room shack, to put it...politely. No running water. No hydro. And it is supposed to be roughly 7*C tomorrow night. It might as well be a tent. It will be an ADVENTURE. I am glad it is only one night.

The cell reception cuts out an HOUR south of the French. I am going to middle-of-NOWHERE Ontario. If I am not online by 10pm Tuesday night, someone please send out the search parties. We may have been taken by bears.

Also, I will miss my computer. Not that I've been on it every day I've been up here, and I can live without internet for more than 24hours, but it's the principle of the thing, now isn't it?

Book. i-Pod. My bestfriends.

So long, sweet world.
