Day 1
Weather: raining
Left Rivendell at dawn. Have now remembered why I hate traveling. Horse has tried to turn around 3 times already. Suspect he has more sense than I. Keep reminding myself I am doing this for Arwen, but am beginning to realize she may have cooked this entire scheme up just to get me out of the house so I would stop stealing her clothes. Glorfindel seemed a little TOO happy when I rode off this morning.
Day 7

Have reached Hollin. Lack of trees for shelter trying my nerves. Horse keeps looking at me as if to ask "are we there yet?" He definitely has more sense than I.
