1. Who was your best friend?
It differed every year. In OAC it was Rach and Leah, before that the only bext friend I had throughout was Ellen.

2. What sports did you play?
Right.

3. What kind of car did you drive?
Same one I drive now.

4. It's Friday night, where were you at?
Home...gods that's pathetic.

5. Were you a party animal?
Not even close.

6. Were you in the "In Crowd"?
OT really didn't have an 'in crowd', but I suppose everyone who's parents had a bank account larger than a million could be called in 'in crowd' or at least the 'rich crowd'. I was friends with everyone anyways. Though it helped that I went to elementary with the majority of the rich kids.

7. Ever skip school?
At least once a month. In OAC it was more like twice a week.

8. Ever smoke?
No.

9. Were you a nerd?
Not in the strictest sense.

10. Did you get suspended/expelled?
Not in high school.

11. Can you sing the Alma Mater?
Thankfully...no.

12. Who was your favorite teacher?
Mrs. Armstrong, Mrs. Arens, Mrs. Bell.

13. Favorite class?
Art.

14. What was your school's full name?
Oakville Trafalgar High School (the Second)

15. School mascot?
The Devil...yes, the irony is not lost on me.

16. Did you go to Prom?
Yep, from pre-party through after-party.

17. If you could go back and do it over, would you?
Maybe OAC, that was fun.

18. What do you remember most about graduation?
The band playing 'May It Be' while the choir butchered the song. They never could sing.

19. Favorite memory of your Senior Year?
Meeting Rach.

20. Were you ever posted up on the senior wall?
We didn't have one.

21. Did you have a job your senior year?
No, but I spent most of it at Rachel's.

22. Who did you date?
I have two ex's from HS. One of them goes to Laurier.

23. Where did you go most often for lunch?
The caf, up until senior year, and then it was Leah's house.

24. Have you gained weight since then?
No.

25. What did you do after graduation?
One of the bar's in Oakville that no longer exists. We had a good time, since the only one's there were OT graduates. And I walked halfway home in my bare feet.

Awww... warm & fuzzies all around. I miss your OAC/my grade 12. That was easily the BEST year I had at that school.

7. Ever skip school?
At least once a month. In OAC it was more like twice a week.

For the record, I'd like to state I had nothing to do with that. Really. The garlic pitas and I are angels.

18. What do you remember most about graduation?
The band playing 'May It Be' while the choir butchered the song. They never could sing.

I KNEW there was a reason why I quit that. (The fact that they had me in there as Elvish consultant scares even me...

23. Where did you go most often for lunch?
The caf, up until senior year, and then it was Leah's house.

Again, the garlic pitas and I are INNOCENT.

To recap:

Me = perfect angel

You = skipped class

I just don't get why you two were so concerned by my attempting to skip lunch. I mean, I was force-fed pasta and garlic pitas all of the time!! And constantly convinced that attending OAC Art wasn't really necessary...

willr ead later..but thought you'd be amused by this.

I randomly went ack to oakville last night for a few hours with my friend J and we stopped by OT.

I stopped in the parking lot for no more than 2 seconds, when I get stopped by the cops. I'll hvae you know, that I only stopped to take off my jacket before driving back to Guelph. Time: 11:00pm.

Pulls up beside me, shines a light in our back window and in our front window (I had it open to talk). He has this extremely pissed look in his face. I'm slightly freaking out. Inside the car:
backseat nothing. in the front, J is sitting right beside me, arm over my shoulder.

He asks "What are you doing in a parking lot at 11pm at night?" I go "just showing Jenn my old high school and taking off my jacket"
him: You stopped to take off your jacket?
Jenn: I'm from guelph and she wanted to show me a bit of her childhood.
him: ...can I see your ID?

it was amusing in a very....I'm such a dumbass kind of way.

Thought you'd be amused.

I am amused. Just goes to show that the Oakville cops really have nothing better to do.

As I recall, we were told to skip OAC art by the teacher. I was just following orders. :D

Force-fed? FORCE-FED?

I seemto recall a certain someone who was in charge of the garlic powder shaker, don't you?

And it wasn't skipping. It was community art appreciation.

What's not to believe.

You want me to lie and say I enjoyed that dreadful school choir? That I enjoyed having to butcher May It Be - a bad choral re-writ and even worse when performed by a group of amateur amateurs? (Not even just amateurs - even amateurs can sing.)

the best part:
Jenn has now outed me to the entire Guelph Commerce student Association, various grous of people at The Keg, the Albion, most of Guelph Queer Equality and now, the Oakville Police.

Go Jenn Go...
